The Palm Springs Art Museum is also an outstanding place to visit while in town. There are more than two thousand works of art in the museum, and the Crochet Museum is a place for everyone to enjoy. It is also a great place to take kids for a family outing. It is run by Shari Elf, the artist who created the crochet figures. She keeps up with the figures after their initial visits to the museum.

On Thursday evenings, Palm Springs’ downtown core gets a makeover. The Villagefest street fair draws locals and tourists alike. You can enjoy a variety of food and craft vendors. You’ll also find local artists and musicians, and the VillageFest offers a great atmosphere to mingle with others.
