One of the most popular attractions in Palm Springs is the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, a 10-minute ride that takes you over the rugged mountains and offers panoramic views. The tram also features two restaurants and a natural history museum.
If you’re interested in seeing some of the mid-century modern architecture that has made Palm Springs such a famous city, visit the Palm Springs Architecture and Design Center. It’s located in a beautiful mid-century modern building.

If you’re a fan of art, you can also visit the Palm Springs Art Museum. Here you’ll find more than two dozen galleries, including a sculpture garden and Annenberg Theater. In addition to this, you can take in classes, or see local artists.
